2026 PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY ACCESSING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. y voting online, you are contributing to the total votes your selected delegate receives in pursuit of the opportunity to compete as a semi-finalist in the 2026 Miss Arkansas USA and Miss Arkansas Teen USA pageant. The Teen and Miss delegate receiving the most votes for the People's Choice Award will automatically advance to the semi-finals. The remainder of the semi-finalists will be the delegates with the highest composite scores, determined by the Judge's Scores. The announcement of the winners of the People's Choice Award will not be made until AFTER the judges have submitted their final ballots and the overall pageant winners have been determined by the auditor. I. VOTING Each vote will cost $5.00. There is no limit to the amount of votes any individual may cast. To vote, visit www.missarkansasusa.com/vote and follow the links to vote for your favorite contestant. Voting for the People's Choice Award will cease at 10:00 am CST on Sunday, May 3, 2026. No automatic or programmed voting is permitted. Participants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or who attempt to interfere in any way with the voting process will be disqualified from voting, and their votes will be disregarded. Vanbros and Associates, Inc. ("Vanbros"), the administrator of this competition, reserves the authority to suspend, terminate, or modify voting in Vanbros' sole and absolute discretion. All decisions regarding the voting process are final and are not subject to legal challenge or appeal. II. LIABILITY Should any harm or injury occur to a participant's personal computer or mobile device from voting, Vanbros and Associates Inc. and the Miss Universe Organization ("Indemnitees") are not responsible. Additionally, should any malfunction or error occur during the voting process, Vanbros and the Miss Universe Organization are not responsible. In no event shall Vanbros or the Miss Universe Organization be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the site, voting corruption or malfunction. III. INDEMNIFICATION By voting, the voter agrees to indemnify the Indemnities from and against all damages, causes of action, claims, costs and expenses resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or with respect to the People's Choice Award or voting thereon.
